1. What Are Cookies?

- Strictly necessary — required for security, load balancing, and to remember your cookie-consent choice.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it. Set only after consent.
- Functional — remember preferences you set (for example, reduced-motion or language choices). Set only after consent.
- Marketing — we do not currently set marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy and the banner will be updated first.

5. Third-Party Cookies

6. Consent & Managing Preferences
The cookie banner appears on your first visit and offers three equal-prominence choices: Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer, which re-opens the preference centre.
Your choice is stored in a strictly necessary cookie (ooplah_cookie_consent) so that we can honour it on subsequent visits. Clearing your browser storage for this site will reset your preferences, and the banner will appear again.

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking all cookies or deleting cookies on exit. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site.

8. Other Tracking Technologies
In addition to cookies, the Website uses:
- Local and session storage — to hold your consent choice and UI preferences.
- Pixel tags / web beacons — embedded in third-party analytics to count impressions and engagement.
We do not use device fingerprinting to identify you across sites.
9. Do Not Track
Because there is no universally agreed interpretation of the "Do Not Track" browser signal, we do not currently respond to it. You can rely on the cookie banner and preference centre to control tracking on this site.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and for material updates we will re-surface the cookie banner so you can confirm your preferences.
